Imagine first encountering the Flood on Zeta Halo. You're overwhelmed and there's nobody to back up Master Chief on the Zeta Halo. Suddenly, Jun snipes the parasite attempting to tear off his helmet. He accompanies you throughout the game as a lone wolf, often only aiding you when in the worst situations. That would be a cool reveal for Halo Infinite.
Love the video, I love Jun he has always been my fav spartan. Yea the nod in halo 5 is his helmet and armor. In the description of his “vigilant” armor set it mentions the armor was supposed to be a one off for a “particular operator” with specialized modules for calling in orbital strikes or something to that effect.

Halo Infinite will obviously have Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris, along with Infinity and her crew. What I hope 343 do is actually deliver and don’t leave out Red Team and the Spirit of Fire and her crew, considering that ending in Halo Wars 2. The Spirit of Fire is an old ship, so what’s to say that the ship can’t run without an A.I? The interactions between Cutter and Lasky would be pretty badass, Red Team and Blue Team reuniting from the Spartan II program would be awe inspiring, let alone them reuniting with Halsey as well. And if Jun is on the Infinity and if he actually trained the Spartan IV candidates, his interactions with Fireteam Osiris would be pretty sweet as they were in the first and second training groups. Jun would also interact with Halsey talking about how he got her off of Reach etc. Oh it would be moistening if all of that happened in Halo Infinite.
Just one little correction. While how Jun got off Reach remains classified and we may never know, Halsey herself along with the remaining members of Blue Team where picked up by John-117 and Sgt Johnson in a Covenant Cruiser that they had hijacked after escaping Halo. While John suggested they detour via Reach on route to Earth as per Cole Protocol, surmising that the planet would now be glassed and the Covenant moved on, his true intentions were to see if there were any survivors.
First off, great video. With what little lore there is to work with I think the video sums it up quite well. However, there was one detail that I think was incorrect. One of my favorite Halo books, Ghosts of Onyx, tells us that the Spartan-III Program began as the UNSC became desperate many years into the Human-Covenant War. Therefore, Jun couldn't have been a Spartan prior to the Covenant attack on Harvest. If someone has a source contradicting this, I'd love to hear it because I love keeping up to date on all Halo lore. That's why I love this RUclips channel; there's so much lore to learn.

My god I remember fighting with my best friend when we were younger about whether or not Jun survived Reach, I said yes cuz he was with Halsey and if she survived then Jun had to, but he said no way he died like everyone else. God it feels good to lay that fight to rest
I really hope that Blue and Osiris team are exclusive to co-op and aren't next to you in solo gameplay. I hate it and it's a gameplay feature that completely backfired. There was always something special about being the only Spartan left, and in my opinion I'd rather that Kelly, Fred, Linda, and those irrelevant Osiris Spartan IV's stayed in the lore. I know a lot of people liked seeing these characters but I don't think they tied it into the story to well. They just kind of appear, with hardly any mention to backstory.
The end of Halo 4 where chief walks by the inferior little Spartan 4s is great, I love it when they actually demonstrate how godly the lore makes Sparfan 2s. Hoping they learned from guardians for Halo 6
I feel Jun is a criminally underated character, he could very easily be an emotional centerpiece if you ever did a story on sacrifice or survivor's guilt that Spartans face.

The Jun reference from Halo 5 is when Buck (I think it was him) asks the rest of Fireteam Osiris about Halsey’s missing arm, with Locke saying that it was Jun.
5:20 "Jun must have returned to Earth with Dr. Halsey...." I think you're missing a lot from "First Strike" and "Ghosts of Onyx" here. Halsey was 100% on Reach at Castle Base with surviving Spartans before jetting out with Kelly to Onyx and pissing the UNSC off. Unless I'm missing something, I think you should consider putting that edit in the description. Though it is possible that Jun did take her to Castle Base, they most definitely did not return to Earth together.
Absolutely! Jun is my favorite Spartan and would make a great side character for a cut scene If 343 does decide to put him in I think it will be a for a short cut scene I personally (sad to say but for campaign purposes) would like to see his death in a halo 6 cut scene

Especially with his back to the ground while Reach was being glassed in the process. If he did survive the attack against the Elites there's no possible way for him to have escaped the glassing.

Also did you know in the last scene of halo reach you see The arbiter ((Not val)) Extend his sword....what else is funny is that the arbiter Had died on reach. Begs to question how he died considering we seen him inside the last scene with the most lethal Spartan at that time.
In halo the fall of reach. The book in the halo saga. Cortana says to chief after chief asks her if doctor Halsey escaped. Cortana tells him that Halsey has escaped with one other surviving member of a Spartan fireteam that is already earthside on reach. That one Spartan is believed to be jun. That's the only thing close to knowing and that is hard proof that jun has escaped.
Anyone else think it was a massive loss that they never had Jun being in place of Locke? Or even in tanakas roll, I think it would’ve made the story more realistic having Jun along with Buck being reluctant to follow Locke, but still doing so

Jun was apparently a head hunter from one of the videos I watched by another RUclipsr. He escaped the planet by along side some odsts whilst protecting Halsey but those odsts died. Jun carries on fighting off against a group of elites and hunters and one. He gets off the planets surface by climbing a space elevator that was still intact and this is all we know of how he survived

he should be in halo six seen as another spartan that can be playable or either helps the Master Chief in some combat. This could probably mean that Jun would be in halo six. With the exception of Chiefs new AI Jun could be there as a returning character. There could be a chance that he is in halo six. He could also be a loved character like Chief. We also see that he escorted Halsey to Earth while escaping Reach. So if 343 adds Jun this would be an improvement on the games seeing as he helped during the war.

Imagine first encountering the Flood on Zeta Halo. You're overwhelmed and there's nobody to back up Master Chief on the Zeta Halo. Suddenly, Jun snipes the parasite attempting to tear off his helmet. He accompanies you throughout the game as a lone wolf, often only aiding you when in the worst situations. That would be a cool reveal for Halo Infinite.

Love the video, I love Jun he has always been my fav spartan. Yea the nod in halo 5 is his helmet and armor. In the description of his “vigilant” armor set it mentions the armor was supposed to be a one off for a “particular operator” with specialized modules for calling in orbital strikes or something to that effect.

Halo Infinite will obviously have Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris, along with Infinity and her crew. What I hope 343 do is actually deliver and don’t leave out Red Team and the Spirit of Fire and her crew, considering that ending in Halo Wars 2. The Spirit of Fire is an old ship, so what’s to say that the ship can’t run without an A.I? The interactions between Cutter and Lasky would be pretty badass, Red Team and Blue Team reuniting from the Spartan II program would be awe inspiring, let alone them reuniting with Halsey as well. And if Jun is on the Infinity and if he actually trained the Spartan IV candidates, his interactions with Fireteam Osiris would be pretty sweet as they were in the first and second training groups. Jun would also interact with Halsey talking about how he got her off of Reach etc. Oh it would be moistening if all of that happened in Halo Infinite.
Just one little correction.
While how Jun got off Reach remains classified and we may never know, Halsey herself along with the remaining members of Blue Team where picked up by John-117 and Sgt Johnson in a Covenant Cruiser that they had hijacked after escaping Halo. While John suggested they detour via Reach on route to Earth as per Cole Protocol, surmising that the planet would now be glassed and the Covenant moved on, his true intentions were to see if there were any survivors.

First off, great video. With what little lore there is to work with I think the video sums it up quite well. However, there was one detail that I think was incorrect. One of my favorite Halo books, Ghosts of Onyx, tells us that the Spartan-III Program began as the UNSC became desperate many years into the Human-Covenant War. Therefore, Jun couldn't have been a Spartan prior to the Covenant attack on Harvest. If someone has a source contradicting this, I'd love to hear it because I love keeping up to date on all Halo lore. That's why I love this RUclips channel; there's so much lore to learn.

Been playing since CE. I gave 343 multiple chances but they have proven to be a money-grubbing studio full of incompetent people who never had passion for the franchise. After I bought an XBox One specifically for MCC; I received a lifeless abortion of a game instead. The Halo 5 Beta was such an embarrassment I didn’t even bother playing the finished version once. I will not be buying Halo 6 or any game made by 343 ever again. If you love Halo, I suggest you do the same.

I really hope that Blue and Osiris team are exclusive to co-op and aren't next to you in solo gameplay. I hate it and it's a gameplay feature that completely backfired. There was always something special about being the only Spartan left, and in my opinion I'd rather that Kelly, Fred, Linda, and those irrelevant Osiris Spartan IV's stayed in the lore. I know a lot of people liked seeing these characters but I don't think they tied it into the story to well. They just kind of appear, with hardly any mention to backstory.

I feel Jun is a criminally underated character, he could very easily be an emotional centerpiece if you ever did a story on sacrifice or survivor's guilt that Spartans face.

I think you're missing a lot from "First Strike" and "Ghosts of Onyx" here. Halsey was 100% on Reach at Castle Base with surviving Spartans before jetting out with Kelly to Onyx and pissing the UNSC off. Unless I'm missing something, I think you should consider putting that edit in the description. Though it is possible that Jun did take her to Castle Base, they most definitely did not return to Earth together.

Absolutely! Jun is my favorite Spartan and would make a great side character for a cut scene If 343 does decide to put him in I think it will be a for a short cut scene I personally (sad to say but for campaign purposes) would like to see his death in a halo 6 cut scene

Mr Vecronic My apologies for sounding rude, but how people perceive him to be alive after fighting 4-5 Zealot class elites equipped with energy swords is beyond me. Especially with his back to the ground while Reach was being glassed in the process. If he did survive the attack against the Elites there's no possible way for him to have escaped the glassing.

Also did you know in the last scene of halo reach you see The arbiter ((Not val)) Extend his sword....what else is funny is that the arbiter Had died on reach. Begs to question how he died considering we seen him inside the last scene with the most lethal Spartan at that time.

In halo the fall of reach. The book in the halo saga. Cortana says to chief after chief asks her if doctor Halsey escaped. Cortana tells him that Halsey has escaped with one other surviving member of a Spartan fireteam that is already earthside on reach. That one Spartan is believed to be jun. That's the only thing close to knowing and that is hard proof that jun has escaped.

Anyone else think it was a massive loss that they never had Jun being in place of Locke? Or even in tanakas roll, I think it would’ve made the story more realistic having Jun along with Buck being reluctant to follow Locke, but still doing so

Jun was apparently a head hunter from one of the videos I watched by another RUclipsr. He escaped the planet by along side some odsts whilst protecting Halsey but those odsts died. Jun carries on fighting off against a group of elites and hunters and one. He gets off the planets surface by climbing a space elevator that was still intact and this is all we know of how he survived

I do believe 343 Industries looks at all of these great ideas from devout Halo fans, but then they turn around and do the exact opposite and take the worst direction they could possibly take.
Honestly, I think Halo is dead. Microsoft and 343 Industries killed Halo when they went after Halo Online ElDewrito. I do believe that was the biggest "Fuck All Of You" they could give to the real Halo fanbase. And no, 343 is not innocent in the takedown of Halo Online; Halo Online was a direct response to 343's incompetent mishandling of the franchise. Had 343 Industries delivered a good Halo 4, we wouldn't really need Master Chief Collection. Had 343 Industries listened to the true fanbase, Halo 5 would not exist. Thus, Halo Online was the best thing to happen since Bungie left.
343 Industries have proven time and time again that they will not listen, that they do not care, that they want Halo dead!

he should be in halo six seen as another spartan that can be playable or either helps the Master Chief in some combat. This could probably mean that Jun would be in halo six. With the exception of Chiefs new AI Jun could be there as a returning character. There could be a chance that he is in halo six. He could also be a loved character like Chief. We also see that he escorted Halsey to Earth while escaping Reach. So if 343 adds Jun this would be an improvement on the games seeing as he helped during the war.
