Adalo! I freaking love you! Im so pumped and hopeful for the startup I'm creating on your platform right now. As a developer, I understand how time consuming, complicated, and expensive a start up can be when coding it yourself, and hiring out a team of developers for the aspects I wasn't an expert in was just not an option...not even close! You guys make it possible! However, I do have a question that has been concerning me. When it comes to storing user data on the app, about how many user could I possibly support on the platform? Of course I know that depends on the amount of data a user has to save, so I'm planning a social media app, so things like posts, pictures, profile photos, etc. Is there any kind of ball park number you guys have of how many possible users it will support with a similar app? Thanks guys! Keep crushing it!
to answer your question about subscriptions- it supports non-renewable ones, but not the automatically renewing subscriptions and needs a way to "restore purchases"-- still likely a work in progress. Upon testing in the editor, it seems easy enough to connect, for fixed price items, but it looks like it might not be so easy to use in a marketplace where we often need to pull in dynamic prices(set by individually by the creator s of content/each individual, unless they all select a fixed price like $5.99 or $199.99, I wish I could use it to charge dynamically for each uniquely priced item like how stripe component can pull in a particular price via magic text),,, the stripe component shines in that respect but isn't good for digital products ....I think its more of a limitation on the apple/google side more than it is on Adalo's side though, I gotta give them credit for building this feature !!!
