It has been over a month since I released the TV size opening cover and I still have not watched the show.
I redid the entire mix and master of this song before releasing it, and I am really glad I did. While there are still some issues with the mix, it is a lot more balanced than my past covers, and by extension, a lot more listenable. Izotope Ozone 9 is still proving to be the best purchase I've made in a long time, and is still the only reason my song mastering is listenable now. I've also switched to STL Amphub for my rhythm tones. My previous rhythm tone was way too treble heavy and sounded way too harsh. The one I'm using now is a similar style tone with a lot less treble.
I FINALLY HAVE A PROPER CAMERA. I've been using my phone's camera since I started doing video game covers back in 2016 on a channel that no longer exists. However, I was able to find a Canon EOS Rebel T4i plus 3 different lenses on Ebay for about $400. Even though I can't shoot with as low of an ISO as I'd like too, the jump in video quality from my phone to the T4i is ridiculous.
