Neither the bullet train nor the first-class seat is as impressive to Westerners as the food delivery to your seat. Another expat China youtuber mentioned a story about coming home from visiting a friend across town and realizing he forgot his laptop there. He called a courier service to have it picked up and delivered to him. All this took about 90 minutes and US$2.50. This type of delivery is unheard of in U.S. or Europe.

The business class in the bullet train is the best, much more space comparing to the first class, capable to lay down completely, free meals and beverage. It's more like a high-ending limo than a train cabin! BTW the snacks provided in the business class is special, the most authentic snacks from the city you are heading to. Even the patterns on the boxes are different which merged with the elements from the destination cities.
