Not only we give aashirwaad to the one hitting us, but we respond by taking our stand with stability. I loved sister Shivani’s line in one of her videos when she says ‘Spirituality doesn’t mean people will trample over me and I will remain silent’. Giving them aashirwad ensures that ‘they do not live in my mind anymore’ and ‘i release myself from the chains of pain i was tied in with them’. They will not change. I change.
