So every person crossing the trolley had a guide? and what documentation did the forest officer check once again before he gave permission for you and your guide to use the trolley? Every other visitor has indicated that documents and permits are only checked at the check-post at Gangotri when you start your trek. You are the first youtubers indicating these rules of having your documentation and permits checked again to cross the trolley, mandatory guide to use the trolley, etc. Please clarify as it will affect and possibly deter thousands of others that may want to visit Gaumukh.
Vro guide is mandatory to cross the trolley… if you are without guide then no one call pull you from other side of the river and forest guard will never allows you… in case you want to go to tapovan you required documentation otherwise only guide will sufficient…
Hello who told you that a guide is MANDATORY for Gaumukh? The guides you spoke with? If so they lied to you. Even on the website online a guide is MANDATORY if you are going to Tapovan. Please answer the question who told you the guide is MANDATORY
Why did you ignore my questions- (1) did every guest that crossed the river using the trolley have their own guide? (2) did the forest department check to make sure you had a guide BEFORE allowing you to step foot in the trolley?
Please provide clear and specific responses. If something is inaccurate let's update it. Do you want thousands of your viewers to not do the Gaumukh trek because of any misinformation such as having to hire and pay Rs 5000 approximately for a guide? Please provide honest, clear and complete responses
Hello bro I regret that you have not responded to my questions which are very important given that you have published that a guide is mandatory for Gaumukh yatra costing thousands of rupees like close to Rs 5000. Can you let me know who told you that a guide is mandatory? Can you let me know who checked to see if each and every guest had a guide before you were allowed to use the trolley to cross the river?
Without guide forest guard will not allowed to cross trolley… if you are able to make it good enough… i have already responded to all your questions previously please check😀😀😀
The information provided seems inaccurate. You DO NOT need a guide to go to Gaumukh even if you are crossing the trolley. You only need a guide if you are trekking to Tapovan. Not everyone can pay Rs 1500 per day for a guide which for a 3-day hike can be easily $5000 to $5500 for the guide along with daily cost, food etc. Please clarify who told you that you had to take a guide to go to Goumukh? Also who checked whether you have a guide or not before you were allowed to use the trolley?
Bro we took it offline… we discuss with the local guide at gangotri and he agree to take us to the gaumukh only… if you want to go to tapovan then charges will be more and that will required permit as well
