Thanks ma'am you explain in a very simple way my 11years old girl is suffering from Ewing sarcoma in the left leg fibula bone tumor 140 mm whose operation was done last year on 31/5/2022 and during the operation Doctor accidentally damaged her artery and she got gangrene and she had to lost the left leg below knee 5 chemo cycle have been given after 3 month of operation and now radiation is on

Madam, kindly guide whether curative/definitive radiotherapy to oropharingeal carcinoma can adversely affect the heart of the patient or not. My brother has developed thickness in pericardium. Guide whether it is a result of chemotherapy given simultaneously or it is a result of radiotherapy.
