However, while Jakks does a pretty good job with paint, they probably wouldn't go that extra mile and do the outlining. I'll definitely have to keep your recommended custom materials in mind. Do you know somewhere I can buy steadier hands by any chance?
personally, I like the slightly pointy fingers because another problem with the modern sonic model is that it has these cartoony ass round fingers that make them look like he’s more of a Mickey Mouse character than a sonic character not to mention it makes it easier on the animator stuff to post the characters don’t get me wrong stylistically I like the large hands, but you can hardly see their arms and they crossed they’re arms
Yo Tito I had a thought could you possibly make a sonic adventure 2 soap shoes sonic Lego figure? I have made some concept art for it and here is what I was aiming for a Uekawa design like soap shoes sonic lego figure
It is more like the art of sonic adventure 2 or sonic adventure dark blue fur and the soap shoes outlined with the Nike grin you see in sonic adventure art
also, it almost hurts when people say just slapping on the soap shoes not even the good ones but The ones from forces on the modern sonic model and call “adventures sonic”

Just used some black wooden risers from target! They don’t sell em anymore but I’m sure you can find similar ones on Amazon!

It’s specifically fitted to wave 16 sonic, on other Sonic’s it will be either too loose or too tight
