My son was this way. Sometimes I had to leave him in his crib for fifteen minutes so that I could go scream in my room and get all my pent up frustration and anxiety out. It is SO hard to be a parent of an infant who cries ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG. He is absolutely amazing now, but I can't look at newborns without feeling a little sick to my stomach.

Being a new parent to a crying screaming sleepless baby is the hardest thing in the world because you just don’t know what to do after you have already tried everything! Our first son was a screamer for the first 4 months, then my husband went out of town for weeks on end and I was alone with my baby and the cat who couldn’t get any sleep either. Finally I packed our bags and my parents came up and got us to take home to mother. Finally I had enough and on the verge of jumping off a bridge I took him to my brother’s good friend who is a chiropractor. After about 2 minutes of neck repositioning my son fell asleep! I would take him in to see my new chiropractic hero 3 times a week for a month and that helped all of us. We were finally getting more than 20 minute naps all night long and even the cat was getting a good rest. It really helps to get that kink out of their little necks.

I was a nanny for a year and the baby cried constantly. He was absolutely inconsolable all day long. Your advice for putting the baby down for a few minutes (in safe place like his crib or somewhere) and walking away is a GOLD. That saved my sanity. I literally walked into the other room and cried, screamed, and sometimes called a friend to calm me down. It was summer time and they had no AC so the windows were open. I was quite sure someone was going to call CPS on me. It was horrid. The parents begged me not to quit and I didn't but I hope he felt better after that.

I was a 15 year old, whose neighbors asked me to watch their baby while mom went back to work. They wanted me to do this for the summer. This boy baby had colic super bad. Never stopped crying. After doing this for one week, I told them no more. As a 51 year old mother today, I still remember it! The little guy's name was Jonathan. So, they basically got burnt out and dumped him on a teenager- great start there!

Colic is hard, I tried to remember how it feel having the flu or migraine when there’s no escape from the pain and just think, even though I can’t get her to stop crying I can just be there for her in it. Do whatever you can to find empathy for the baby, they want to stop crying and feel better too if you can believe it.

My husband put me in traction all the time although he can't drag me lol just me relaxing and giving him complete control of my neck in his hands as he pulls gently until I say stop and he holds the position. Always REMEMBER when you are relaxed don't have him let go quickly he should let go in the same manner as his put you in traction. ✌💯

It’s so hard when your baby cry’s like this. You’ve done everything you know to do but nothing is helping the baby😒 Whether you’re a professional or a parent sometimes it’s just a guessing game. Best thing to do is check off the list everything you’ve done and keep going to the next thing until you either find the culprit or the problem fixes itself.

There’s a chance that she would have (and still might) benefit from manual osteopathy treatments. Arching can be dural tension (which causes headache-like pain) from birthing trauma (not even necessarily a severe trauma). Very likely a compression between C0/C1 impacting her head rotation and dura. I hope she got the help she needed, but for other parents seek out manual osteopathy or a paediatric chiropractor.

Sometimes the birth is more traumatic for certain babies. The neck can be pulled or jarred and a baby osteopath is good to relieve this pressure which can also cause colic type situations.

Usually, after 2 months , it becomes better. Parents even forget it all afterwords.
Heard of acholic baby's and parents take turns, put them on baby swings, these moving baby chairs , turn on vaciums, have them on top washing machines fir the movement of it (holding on to the baby for safety of course) parents palm of hand ✋ rubbing softly on their tummy, thumb on forhead between eyebrows until baby falls asleep...mom has to relax and take time out for her sanity so baby feels mom at good state (they know hein)
I mean: - I hear all these stories with great interest on family living, like hearing Dr. Paul. God bless you, again. I live knowing adults with special needs and they are as your baby mom. Too me they are babies. 🥰🥰🥰
