Awesome video! Glad you're having a good time and getting stronger. Good to see your Japanese is improving too. I'd like to see what's it like living in Japan and what you get up to outside training. Can't wait for the next video
Thanks man! Good idea, though I also like the challenge of being forced to learn and translate myself! It's painful sometimes, though surely the fastest way to learn
@@LachFlex i would love to do gymnastics with you...you're an inspiration and thank you for that! I know you'll be able to put it all together...You can do it! :D
5 days of workout and two days of rest is the best way to me. I always do better after resting for 3 days total. Doing routines more often makes sense.. the more you do it the better you are.. Not like some gymnasts try their routines a month before the competition.
Awesome Lachlan! Sorry I didn't respond in the premiere because school ended for me as soon as it started so I didnt get to watch it until I got home. If you want to see how my training has been you should check out my channel and instagram ;)
Hey Lachlan it would be very interesting to know which exercises the Japanese do in the last 30-40 min of training when they do strength. Do they only do rings specific strength (straight arm strength) or also basic. It'd be also interesting to know how long they rest between exercises. Thanks for the informative content, keep on grinding!👊
3 months - primary reason being training in the Japanese gymnastics environment - learning about how they train/think/rest/everything. I also really like a lot of things about Japanese people in general such as the respect, discipline and thoughtfulness - so I wanted to immerse myself in living in Japan to experience and take this on first hand. The main things I've been doing is training and learning Japanese (and working of course >
Wowwww that’s so cool! And how lucky to be able to do that. I just watched your last video posted, the vlog of finding the gym. It’s one of my own dreams to go and live in Japan. It was really interesting to watch you travel around and see the sights. Japan really does look beautiful. Anyway, I look forward to the rest of the videos you post about Japan, and hope you enjoy and learn a lot from your training there! がんばれ👍
Great question! Those series are so much work that I'm not ready to take it on right now. If we can come up with a way to pay for a production team then we could do it though it would be expensive and I'm not currently sure who would be willing to pay for it. I would love to do it, though like most creators I always want to outdo myself :)
Its always pleasure when you upload. Keep on Lachlan
Thank you, you BEAST! ;) That really means a lot!
This is the type of content we come here to enjoy
Great to hear! Comments like this let me know I'm on the right track :)
I am SO impressed that you have been able to learn Japanese and you speak it so well. You are truly amazing. Good luck on your journey.
You're so kind, thank you! :)
YEEESSS!!! He is back!!!
Thanks! :D You going to be tuning in at the start time!? Looking forward to watching the video with you real-time!
Awesome! I'm looking forward to the coming weeks!
Super interesting and insightful, I love this content!
Price! Where were you during the premiere? 🤣
@@LachFlex Sadly I was probably in a poorly-lit room at university studying :'(
@@pricerowland 😆 Hopefully you can make the next one! Good luck with your study, and enjoy the process 👍
Love all your vids, keep up the great work Lachlan! Best Wishes from Hungary :)

Cheers Max, the Premiere will be fun!
Thanks for the motivation :), you have an amazing attitude
I need more! Week 2!
We want more!
Great to see you uploading again! Might recommend seeing if you can have a friend or someone help translate so communication may be easier FYI...

So KEEN!!!
Chat with you tomorrow morning! Nice and early 😆
What is the structure for the 1hour warmup? You begin with rolling out, followed by soft stretches from the top down into light hand balancing?
we missed you so much Lachlan
Thanks Alex, it's great to be back! I'd love to bring out more and more content, I just need to make it feasible with the rest of my life :)
