Naw in the last few days: I've washed the windows, dusted all the furniture, washed all the laundry, cleaned the kitchen, mowed the lawn, cleaned the patio, spruced up my vehicle, vacuumed the garage and house, mopped the floors, wiped out the fridge, cleaned the pantry, cleaned the toilets, walked the yard to pick up any debris, and I'm 75 today!

I know some restaurants put the chairs on the tables to clean the floor. I put my chairs in another room myself. All that matters is getting the job done. I know you are a clean person and reclean the counters . I love the idea of taking off the oven door.
I put my chairs on the counter too... you're the only youtuber I have seen do it and I love it. Gives me a chance to clean the base of the stools and it makes sweeping, mopping and robot vacuuming so much easier!

I put my stools and chairs on counters when I clean floors. I turn mine upside down and let the seat rest on the table and counters. This makes the legs easier to clean.
We replaced a 19 year old A/C and heating unit in June 2019 before prices got crazy. It was $4,500 for a 2bed/2bath home. I live about 2 hours south of you. Within a year and a half we had to replace our roof, lanai metal roof, A/C, electrical panel, and hot water tank.
You can put your chairs up any way you want! I think most of us realize you’re cleaning the counter after taking them down. I also put my chairs up, but with the feet in the air and the seats on the table. Makes it easier to clean the bottom of the chair and feet and gets them out of the way for cleaning the floor. Heck, I'm thinking it's a great way to just freshen up the smell of the kitchen after cooking. Some things just linger. You think they're gone, then step out with the dog, etc and find out the truth when you come back in! 😂 Two birds with one stone!
Growing up, we used to flip the chairs on top of the table. Now that I’m older I left them and put them in a different part of the dining room while I sweep and mop then I put them back.
Hi. I line the bottom of my oven with aluminium foil, saves needing to deep clean it. Also I am from Australia. It’s winter here. My children will have April, July and September school holidays of about 2 weeks off each. And finish school for the year at the start ish of December, which is summer time for us. And start back up at the end of January
Home warranty are good for certain things, such as AC issues. For anything extreme the home’s insurance, usually helps. We own a plumbing company in Florida and we don’t deal with any Home Warranty companies, as they are a pain and rarely, if ever, approve anything plumbing related. We just have the customer pay out of pocket and then they can get reimbursed as they are usually going to nickel and dime us as the contractor. BTW this video is so needed and will motivate me to get it done today ❤

Our granddaughter finished 3rd grade May 25th . We live in Sugar Land TX outside of Houston. I got me a mopping system to see if that will be easier on me since I had the cancer surgery. My parents and grandmom (who I lived with) always put chairs up on the table. Never thought someone sees it weird. I now have chairs not being able to put on the table, but life is a bit harder that way. I get frustrated moving furniture to clean under them. I hear other ppl talking about the same issues about their a/c units. That's why my hubs & I opted for Mr. Cool. At least if the unit at any point breaks it will cost only a thousand to 1,500 to replace.

Same! I move them down to the other end of the room and move them back when the area is dry again. Then I wash the end of the room where the chairs waited while I washed their area. But I'm dealing with wood surfaces and heavy wood chairs. I don't think I could lift the chairs that high and I'd be afraid they'd damage the table.

My oldest granddaughter graduated high school last night. My grandson is done next Tuesday. The other granddaughters are two years old and three months
I put the chairs up on the table and the stools on the island. My mom didn't do it. I've been doing it for years, but I don't remember how I started. I may have just started because they were just in the way. Or my husband might have done it.
So to the question of the chairs... I worked in restaurants through most of my younger life and we always put the chairs seat down on the table top, I still do it at home. I had never seen it done the way you do it before watching your videos but I don't know that the seats you have would sit the way I do it.

I think the confusion with putting the chairs on the counter is when you do it-not why. You clean the island and then put them up which means you have to clean your island twice since you don’t want anything from the floor on your surface. I think your videos are amazing. I'm running my robovac less because the washable area rug I have always causes issues with it on this new flooring (LVP) vs the old carpet. It just squishes up. I saw you taking up the tape in your boys room, does it not work real well? Do you worry it'd damage the floor? I really need to run it more, so trying to find a non-destructive solution.
It came up fine I just noticed it didn't work well on those rugs with the rubber bottoms. The rug in the family room seems to be working better with it

Loving your videos, to help you with the oven put a BBQ liner on the bottom to catch the spills, much more easier to clean a liner than the oven.
