I have a suggestion. If you could add a feature that signals after spending a certain amount of time(e.g. more than a minute) in bad coherence that could help me realize when I'm getting stressed as I'm working. Instead of having to watch the app screen, I could use heartmath when working (from home) to alert me when I need to relax and take a deep breath. (or take a break)
I'm sure a lot of people would find it useful for that. I personally tried heartmath out at my therapist but I would only buy it for myself if it had an alert feature.
This is a great initiative though!

Soo true! The Sedona Method combined with TRE is helping me with the heart and brain coherence! A few years ago a stranger told me to open my heart, and I sorta laughed it off, but boooy was he right! ❣️

I don't think devices are necessary to attain coherence.
It's simple, but not easy. Paz y luz, everyone.

Learn diaphragmatic breathing. Focus on breathing techniques, control and your breath throughout the course of day.
Let go of the past. Forgive.
Start strengthening exercises, especially abdomen, back and hip muscles.
      Stretch after strengthening exercises.
Eat clean. Eat real food that you have to wash cut or prepare.
Avoid the processed foods , packaged foods, ready to eat foods, fast foods, junk foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid fried foods.
Be aware of your thoughts. Start practicing kindness and jofulness. Be kind to yourself and others. Avoid the negative thoughts, towards yourself and to others.
It really is choosing the good over the bad thoughts.
We have to become a nicer wholesome person. Health will follow.
All to be done with heart. Don't consult the brain. Listen to your heart.
      Practice heart brain coherence.

I struggle with cronic illness and severe sleep deprivation. Whenever I eat easy to digest foods and eat with allot of variety, I instantly feel better physically and emotionally. More importantly it gives me mental clarity to get through the day. I do heart coherent breathing techniques every day, even when I feel I don't need it. Truly a unhappy gut and brain is a unhappy life.
