Thank you for the info I was trying to see if this would be a good enclosure for a young pink toe taranula since it is not big enough for a larger one.

@@reptilejones She is perfectly fine! I got her Saturday and got the 4x4x8 enclosure this company makes because she is only 2” big so it is the perfect size for her. She is happy in it and has settled in nicely! I was just worried because I didn’t want to harm her or cause her stress. After some more research a lot of people recommended this for young pink toes because it is cheaper and easy to store when she needs an upgrade in the future.
The only thing I would like her to stop doing is hanging out on the door. 😅

To remove the film: simply apply a small piece of sticky tape to a corner, then pull. WELLA!

If you’re struggling to remove the film, keep scratching at the corner, it’ll eventually lift. No you won’t end up scratching the actual glass, I did it with acrylic nails on and no marks were left.

I was totally new to this. Unfortunately I lost 7 hours of my life I will never get back trying to get that damn film off! I cried. I pleaded. I took a time out (this may or not have involved some vodka). Then, it came to me in a beautiful epiphany. You just have to scratch at the corners of the panels until the film comes lose. It eventually will. If you put one finger on one corner of the panel, then place your thumb underneath it on the under side and rub at the corners, the film comes loose that way too.
My praying mantis thanks my shredded fingernails 😅 beautiful lil home for her 💚
