I agree that the content of this box didn’t quite live up to expectations as the world’s best chocolate. Still, it seems like there are some tasty treats in here. Unfortunately, my local Home Goods stores never have the Universal Yums boxes 😢
Bummer that so much was a repeat but like you said, if this is your first box, then it would be a delightful purchase! Although, I agree, given the contents, the name is definitely a bit misleading. I do love how they include trivia tidbits for each item! Thanks for trying this for us!!
Even though the brand has been great, it definitely seems like this could've been curated in a better way like you pointed out. At least you know what you're getting before you buy however vs getting a subscription or mystery box.

In defense of Universal Yums, most people will not have tried as many of their boxes as you guys have so duplicates wouldn't be an issue. With this box, I like the idea of different forms of chocolate, not only chocolate bars. I got the Italy box at Home Goods a couple of weeks ago and think I should go back to see if they have any others. I also picked up some La Suissa truffles then and they are really good. *Oops! Should have waited until the end before commenting. Sorry.
I love Squid Games and can’t wait for the new season. These are such fun boxes and I’ve really enjoyed these box reviews. I need to go by Home Goods to see if they have any of these. Great review.

I went to world market I couldn’t find any of these maybe sold out because most box calendars were sold out
I think people buy them early.
Swedish Maribou milk chocolate is the best chocolate ever. Period.
