    I have doubt that the temperature of an object is controlled by the motion of electrons and the universe is expanding till now , hence there would be a space with a complete vacuum , so the temperature is controlled there??????

      Fan does peed up the air, but cooling is because the fan applies pressure on the air and makes it denser, for it to cool (as particles in denser air will eventually have less kinetic energy due to less motion)
