I bought those off of Etsy. I didn't think they were spicy enough. I like the cheese samyang better. My spice tolerance is pretty high from eating them. 😂
Add cheese, and milk instead of the spoons of water. I did that and its delicious. At the beginning I didn’t add all the hot sauce and added the milk and cheese and I could eat it. Don’t get me wrong, its still spicy but doing that and having it with a glass of milk at first worked. I don’t do that anymore, i’m totally addicted to spice lol. But it definitely helped at the beginning. Edit: also recommend the cream carbonara. Its so delicious and creamy, I found it not to be as harsh as some spicy noodles.

I would recommend adding the entire packet for the sake of the flavor. It is spicy but it just depends on how well your spice tolerance is.

Don’t feel ashamed~~ you can build up your spice tolerance with less spicy noodles like shin ramen first :)
