Great idea ! To me all that is bs and pseudo science.
Someone I met could see auras and she said mine was orange and amber. After I took my photo my aura came out with those colors.

Yea, this would have been a much better video with more of them there so we could see how they all compare. It wasn't as interesting with just 3 of them.

I love the Ladylike ladies, but I miss the videos where they were more active rather than this recent trend of talking about things in their studio. No shade; I'm still watching many of the videos they put out! But I just feel like these videos aren't LL at their best. The birthday surprise videos are fantastic, and a few of the "We Try" videos are fun, but the last videos before that that really *felt like* Ladylike was the New Orleans series. I miss watching the ladies go on adventures. I just hope Buzzfeed isn't trying to squash them with budget limitations or something. Ladylike is the best part of Buzzfeed. :\
Chelsea I think most of them are over it. This channel has become a frivolous side show. They once did a segment where they gave a cancer survivor a makeover, now they melt cheese and promote junk science.
People saying its a scam but no one is forcing them to take the aura picture. They went by choice, its not necessary. Scam or not they wanted to experience this, so..shut up and stop hating. There are so many things that people will consider a “scam” that others won’t. Let ppl be

It's interesting how the colors are fairly uniform. Sure, some colors are more purple than magenta, some are more green than blue, but it is overall uniform and fairly symmetric. I 100% don't believe in this stuff, but I've had my aura taken two times for fun (my sister is a hardcore believer and I amuse her interests) and my auras were distinctly multiple colors. I had one that was mostly yellows and greens with some orange and blue tints, then I had another that was very blue, pink, and purple with a huge white spot (which I was told was a guardian/spirit/holy aura).
It can all be good fun, but I wish Ladylike would put more caution in their videos. They've done mediums, astrology, crystals, and now auras. None of these are provable, often fake or easily faked, and these businesses often prey on vulnerable people to profit. Kristin always goes in saying she is a skeptic, but she doesn't voice that skepticism well. I kind of wish there was more of a voice of logic in these videos, kind of like how Shane balances Ryan on Buzzfeed Unsolved.
Phlimbob wow! I was looking for this. I took my aura picture once. It was 3 obviously colors, orange, red and yellow. Also the auro was not cut off that weird it took the whole picture instead of being cut of that round. Ow and, I had to put my hands on 2 of those plates, not one..
Devin reminds me of a person just being home with her cats with some candles and tarot cards and wine in one hand. I just wish she could see it too.
I actually used to read aura, I didn't know there were so many layers and I read aura with my hands rather than using a machine.
Kinda wish Jen was in this video lol. Would love to see what color she’d be.

I'm honestly in awe that anybody would ever believe this is real! She makes it seem like this is based on some sort of "science" when it's so obviously completely made up. What a great way to scam people - just tell them they are super special, extraordinarily esoteric beings and throw some scientific terms in there to make it sound legit.
This is on par with the scientology e-meter. 😂

That's the point, toss out a bunch of stuff and see what the marks gravitate toward. Then focus on that stuff.

I had a tarot reading once with my friends they went up first and like they believe in that stuff so they were like crying and stuff when they came back which made me think maybe it is real until I went up and she basically didn't start telling me stuff until i pointed her in the right directions and even then it was general.

What I understood was that a camera can't actually pick up "aura light" as it isn't part of the actual spectrum of visible light (or what we would call light,) at all. Basically the way it was translated into a photograph (which is a just way for us to "see" the auras since we're not all capable of doing so,) was by using the biofeedback and assigning the energy readings the colors that would have been expected from a reading done by a medium who read auras. It's just been computerized, is all.
Aura photographs can only photograph the top layer of your aura
You cant photograph the auras themselves but you can photograph their energies.
She was kinda confusing when it came to explaining things, like Kristin's aura so I can understand the confusion

This lady is just basically a human version of a mood ring...
Yeah, well "mood" rings are fake...
They're made with liquid crystals which can change colour when the temperature is increased or if pressure is applied, I'm not sure exactly how they work but it has something to do with the particles moving and light hitting them a different way, the heat from your body would heat up the liquid crystal causing it to turn blue almost all of the time, like a mood ring. I don't belive in this kind of stuff if you can't tell 😅.

Do you mean that effect is INTENTIONAL? It looks to me like she got her whole hair platinum blonde months ago and now she needs to have the brown regrowth fixed. My hair is in a similar condition for that reason, and it's definitely not a look I would create on purpose.

I saw my own aura just a few days ago, mine was a light green-blue color, turqouse. I looked up the meaning , completly resonates to who i am. My sister aura was pale yellow, explains why she so energetic. You do have to have some patience tho if you want to see aura for youself. I didnt see mine right away tho took me a like 3 min.

I have a friend who has a type of synesthesia that makes him see colors from how he reads the mood/emotions of people he's close too. I wonder if that's the "aura" some people claim to be able to see? Not sure about this video though..
That is interesting, but I think it's more related to his brain making a connection with emotions it proceses and then sees colors based on its output.

It depends on how hard you press and where you put the weight on that "aura" machine. So if you put a pot of water on it, it will show its aura.

When I was a baby I got an aura photo taken with my nana and mum, I was all light green and turquoise. For the longest time I’ve wanted to get another aura photo but there isn’t a place where I can get it around me.

That "biofeedback" sensor is likely a temperature and/or pulse sensor.... a high-tech mood ring, not an aura detector

Nothing can actually picture your aura but this is pretty darn accurate... How can this be accurate if they don't even know what it looks like
Supposedly, mediums can read your aura. What she meant was that you can’t capture your aura in a photo, even though they can be read and understood by people. Not saying I believe in it but that’s the concept. This is a way of making the energy that people can feel/read physically visible.
i feel like the colors that the pictures showed were somewhat accurate but i don’t think that the experts reading was very good. i can read peoples auras and i could see the women’s auras beforehand somewhat but the definitions for the colors were very vague and didn’t really give me any sort of a feeling of what they were actually like. for me the colors clearly mean very different things than for the reader
