Perfect timing, I’m doing my discs and pad. While I’m doing that I’m spraying my calipers also. These vids are what give me confidence to do it myself. 10/10
Another cracking video Tony and the callipers look really nice. My lad as his 1st car has a 1.4TB Lusso (2010). And because Haynes or anyone else don’t seem to do a workshop manual for it we rely on your videos to learn how to do stuff. You have literally become a household name in our house (although we call you Tony Giulietta not Vialetti lol). We’ve bought a 2nd hand set of callipers and brackets to paint but need a video on removing the pistons in the rear ones, can’t seem to work it out…need help. Thanks again for all the amazing videos, you’ve got a real knack of filming the action clearly. 😂
Thank you Andy. Really appreciate your feedback and support. Pistons in the calipers can be a pain. I’ll have to see about doing something. Thanks for watching. Safe driving, all the best 👍
Wow! Great Job with calipers and wheels. I painted the calipers without remove them. Also I removed rust from the space between disc brake and the rim (sorry i dont know the word in english ) and i painted it in silver to restore it ^^
Love your videos! Very helpful for the Alfa's which have minimal online resources. How did you know the torque specs for the bolts? Do you have a workshop manual?
I think that the yellow color would have been better, especially on the black Giulietta. Another thing is changing the front grill to 2016 version. And the last thing is adding the yellow strap on the front bumper. Just like this: dailydriver.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Alfa-Romeo-Giulietta-2019-logo-720x340.jpg
K2 has a very good selection of products.
I used their caliper paint, wax for drying washed car, air con cleaner etc.
