  • Fly Fishing the Missouri River Craig Montana. My daughter and I go for a birthday trip with a guide on the Missouri River out of Craig, Montana. My daughters birthday is coming up and she is pregnant with our 5 th grandchild. So before she is unable to go out, we went out.
Our guide was Whitney Gould. She was a great guide, we caught some awesome fish. She put us on Browns and Rainbows all day, great time out on the river.
We went with Headhunters Fly Shop in Craig, Montana.

Even a fishless day floating a river is great, but with all those nice browns and sharing time with your daughter, it's a trip to heaven! Thanks for sharing this with us.

Nice rainbows and a brownie. River looks beautiful! Any problems with the grass seems negligible. Man that is freaking great!

Several Browns, Rainbows and a couple of Mtn. Whitfish. Grass was bad and a pain. All good that's fishin.

Randy, hello from a fellow Californian! I found your channel from Tubalcain’s meet and greet. Great video! I have thrown a lot of fly line into the Montana wind drift boating on the Yellowstone and the Madison. Great times! I look forward to watching your shop videos as well.

A completely different river from what it is near me. I think the only thing they allow keeping is catfish, also.

The locals there call that “Gail force wind” light breeze. 🤣. Imagine 30 to 40 mph wind as the norm in the winter with temps at 20 to 30 degrees below zero. We locals used to call Great Falls the Real Windy City. Thanks for sharing. Now I really miss my days there.

love fishing here Chesapeake Bay and Rivers of Maryland as well as Atlantic Ocean. The best thing about fishing is you can't see your quarry so you are at the disadvantage and seems sometimes the smaller fish put up the most fight. The fish tales can now be backed up by real-time video or snap-shots! Of course always have my fishin-stick in the vehicle,so any old fishin hole is good for me.Love those fishing & machining videos. may the wind be at thy back
