thanks so much for that, a very nostalgic trip down memory lane. I lived in Hanworth Road, Hampton as a child, from about 1955 until my early 20s in the 70s. Sadly many of the places featured have changed beyond recognition and many of the pubs no longer exist!
I am from bedfont and remember all these places very well i love feltham and bedfont Unfortunately what it once was is now a distant memory I will never forgive the council for what they have done to our wonderful town ✌ ❤🙏 2u@yours from a fellow bedfontonian 🤝
At how many of those pubs still operate how many of them have disappeared sign of the times I believe all the pubs in Hanworth have disappeared. Feltham Garrison railway and the old Marshall in yards have all but gone. Remember old Hanworth well and the breaking up with the coming Chertsey road extension to the M3 the good old days
Loved all the pubs in Feltham area especially Bell on the green, and the famous Airman!! I smoked a blunt in there when I was 15 and the hippies were in !! Feltham comprehensive was my school or debrome as it was known! One day we were all in class and there was an almighty explosion from the direction of Heathrow airport. It was that terrible planecrash. Later I ended up in Feltham borstal. What a horrible place that was!!

It's so sad when you think how many of these wonderful pubs have now gone. My favourite was the 'Prince of Wales' - a much missed hostelry.

Liked the hope and anchor in hanworth was taken in there on the day I was born by my dad on leave from the navy 10 July 1946 sid Constable

The whole area has undergone a massive attack of legalised vandalism at the behest of those who misrule over us.
