What you are describing is not vasomotor rhinitis. Vasomotor rhinitis is when the blood vessels in your nasal area dilate. It can have the side effects you are describing but they are not defining or even inherent features.
I have a constant drainage into my throat that kills my vocal chords - I can't speak for long periods of time nor can I sing with my full vocal range. I am always clearing my throat and swallowing mucus - literally every couple minutes. It magically went away for a couple months and came back. I have tried all the allergy related solutions including a Kenalog shot and nothing helped. Could this all be caused by Silent Reflux or LPR? Some stomach issue that is causing my nose to constantly drain into my throat? I would really, really, really like some help with this.
I have my nose go red on the tip and swollen / inflamed with the the same triggers of a vasomotor rhinitis. Very uncomfortable as it feels like a mild burning inside and on the outside of the nose too, however i am still able to breath from my nose but maybe a little restricted. Almost like getting a red nose from standing in the cold. Lasts for hours. Common triggers are stress, change in pressure and temperature, chemicals and fumes.not sure if i have vasomotor rhinitis or something else that doesn't have a medical term yet
I have it in the morning, when I get up. I have to sneeze 10-15 times. My noise is running and itches. I suffer a lot. My family is so annoyed and they say silly things like I should stop doing this or get a treatment. It is such a pain. No one understands.
I’d be interested in the procedure. The ipatropium spray is useless for me! Begs the question of, if, it was a dryness that triggered the symptom, why use a treatment that started it, to fix it...?

Tried saline but ain't working I went to a doctor he prescribed some stuff as I expected but I don't get them cuz I believe it's only short-term solution. My daily life is affected by this situation. Just wanna know if it's serious or something I can live with?
