Congratulations, you can one shot a few bosses in NG+. Combine with Power Within and/or Red Tearstone Ring for even more fun.

I can think of a somewhat simpler method, and one without glitches at that - though it does take longer. Step 1: Start off as Bandit class with Master Key gift. Step 2: Temporarily use the Zweihänder (level 3 times to 16 strength and 10 dex) Step 3: Hop down to Blighttown to get the Great Club (level 3 more times to 19 strength for two-handing) and grab Power Within. Step 4: Head up from Blighttown to Darkroot Basin and then to Andre the Blacksmith. Buy the Repair Box and Weapon Smithbox from Andre. Step 5: Activate the Firelink shortcut, and then grab the key to Lower Burg. Proceed to run over to the Hellkite bridge. Because we never went in Undead Burg, the Hellkite Dragon won't be there. Step 6: Kill Capra Demon, and grab the Large Ember in the Depths. Also rescue pyro bro Laurentius. Return to Firelink Shrine and obtain Pyro Flame from pybro. Step 7: Level twice to 10 Attunement with the souls from Capra Demon, and equip Power Within. Take the now available elevator shortcut and make way back to Undead Asylum. Step 8: Power Within Greatclub the Stray Demon, and take that Titanite Slab. Don't spend any of those 20k souls! [BRANCHING PATH 1] Step 9: Now, kill the Taurus Demon. If he drops nothing, return to Andre and buy the Crest of Artorias. Step 10: Enter Darkroot Forest, and join the Forest Hunters. Recomend killing all of the NPCs before joining (both knights, thief, cleric, bandit, and Pharis), to gain more souls. Step 11: Since you only joined after the killing the NPCs, and not before, both Alvina and Shiva are chill. Go buy the Demon Greataxe from Shiva. [BRANCHING PATH 2] Step 9: If the Taurus Demon drops the Demon Greataxe, you're set. You can spend those 20k Souls from earlier now. [BRANCHING PATH 3] Step 9: If the Taurus Demon didn't drop anything, you can alternatively kill Quelaag and Ceaseless Discharge, and then try to farm the Taurus Demons in Demon Ruins. This method is most likely the longest route, but it's a failsafe for accidentally spending those 20k souls. Step 10/12: Upgrade to a +10 Demon Greataxe, and level 12 times to 31 Strength. You can farm Large Titanite Shards from the slugs in Blighttown. You can also buy regular titanite shards from Andre, or have Frampt break-down Large Shards into 3-5 regular shards each, if Quelaag and Gargoyles are dead. Step 13: Enter New Londo, and open the floodgate. Farm Darkwraiths, and grab the Very Large Ember. Step 14: Upgrade to +15 Demon Greataxe, with Power Within. Optionally, you can try to get to 46 Strength to one-hand the Demon Greataxe. Enjoy slaughtering in PvE. Ornstein can die in 4 presses of R1/RB now, if you buff up. Note that the weapon isn't as great in PvP - in that scenario, I will recommend buying or farming for a Demon Great Machete instead. Capra Demons drop Demon Great Machetes. Shiva of the East otherwise sells them. Edit: Just realized that this doesn't really sound simple, does it? Edit 2: Added detail and explanation to hopefully aid comprehension.

The result is a Demon Greataxe +15, which does ~500 damage unbuffed in a single R1. With some resin and Power Within, you'd be hitting for ~900 in every R1 attack. Edit: Most of the steps are just a recommended route to efficiently go through the game and get the Demon Greataxe +15.
Not really. There is no way (that I know of) to modify stats of gear without external software to make op shit. Just a whole lot of duping and power leveling
Dude this is awesome. Just replicated on PS4. Just FYI you can do it early on for a small boost by rushing to undead burg and buying wooden arrows from the merchant there! Managed to hit level 64 in under 3 minutes doing this!
I miss the Dragon Headstone Glitch Because when i was having trouble first time playing dark souls all i know was to level up hp and stamina, when i used the glitch it made me choose the right stat from low level to 600

Well, they do need some knowledge and patience, though. In any case, I see no problem in using either, as long as you don't mess other people's game. Giving oneself souls is no biggie. Also, I can say from experience: that doesn't make the game much easier (if that's somehow the purpose), but it do takes away much of its fun. Cheat engine is useful for testing and exploring things, but when you're playing for real, you won't feel like staining the game's experience to rush some soullevels. DS is quite uncheatable, in this sense. Reducing (particularly in the ways you can do such by cheating) how challenging the game is is equivalent to reducing how fun it is. And the main problem the game has with cheating is on assholes that cheat on multiplayer. And I don't mean cheating by cheat-farming souls. I don't think that's unfair. The problem is those people that set fixed health points, estus charges and so on. But then, is it actually any fun, for them, to PvP like that? I would find it boring.

@@theadmbmb The one you're talking about wasn't but the one I used to do was. It involved swinging your sword and was much quicker to pull off consistently. While the backstab one DOES work, it takes more time to pull off.
I had a max character in the original and now I am 160 levels away from max out. I was convinced to stop farming but now I might go back and try to master it
I love how you softlock yourself in Sen’s Fortress when you can do an extremely similar setup in 10 minutes if you just pick up the souls in the Valley of Drakes and New Londo, and you can pick up the Homeward Bones in Firelink if you still want to go into Sen’s for the Soul of a Hero and not softlock yourself.
men getting the parring consistenly is very difficult and navigatin while the bug is very hard as well, i'm impressed by how you manage to do this exploit so clean, i tried to do this myself and i kept getting frustrated xd well done.
In PC you can use the same glitch to multiply items in your inventory by bugging Andre's menu. This two glitches combined with a Bottomless Box can give you infinite souls without even having to kill a single enemy except for the Asylum Demon.

Do you have to parry between the 2nd and 3rd pillar to activate something for the glitch to work? I've been trying this over and over again and can't seem to get it. I tried from the left which kills me everytime so I tried without even parrying and just lining up to backstab but I still (glitch through the floor I guess) die
There's no need to go to Sen's Fortress. Save every soul you pick up and buy 999 of the cheapest arrows when you reach the Undead Burg. Then glitch the menu (I made a video on how to do it on the PS4) and you can choose when to level up and what to buy.
So you do the preparation like ray did ( move soul to the top) go to the arrows and select drop and go to 999. Use L1 to go to system go to settings, click brightness and hit r1 at the same time (you will see the inventory in the background of done right) click X and on the d-pad click left and down at the same time to keep it on use. Then click right to go to default than hit X then go to 999 then use it. Hope this is useful
I literally did a run similar to this but with the souls gathered from Asylum Demon and a few other hollows I purched 999 wooden arrows from Andre. With the couple souls I found on the way I believe I was able to reach level 120. I should've tried the Sen Fortress glitch though!

Can confirm it’s still available as of 12 hours ago. Basically: 1. Buy 999 wooden arrows. They’re 3 souls each, so you can get this easily early on for a total of 2997 souls. 2. Get any soul or humanity you want to use. Change the order so that item is in the very first slot of your inventory. 3. Go to the wooden arrows in your inventory. Start the prompt to drop all 999 of them, but then press cancel. 4. Without closing your menu, go to settings and hover over the Brightness setting. 5. Press A immediately followed by Right Bumper. Timing is pretty dead on, so it might take a few tries. When you get it right, you should have your brightness settings window open with your inventory in the back. 6. Press A. 7. Press Down and Left on the D-Pad. If you’ve done this right, you should be hovering over the “OK” option of the brightness settings window, and your brightness shouldn’t have been adjusted. If it’s been adjusted, start again at step 3. 8. Press Right on the D-Pad, so you should be hovering over the “Defaults” option of the brightness settings window. 9. Press A. If it says “Use Item, Specify Quantity”, you’ve done it right. Select 999, and hit okay.

Ray Navillus Oh it definitely can be tricky getting it to work just right, but it actually is much simpler to do than other glitches like tumble-buffing in Dark Souls 3. I think with this sort of exploit it just speeds up the process to get a pvp build together, or to simply test builds. It’s mostly just fun to one shot early bosses lmao

For the first time experience, it's important to play by the book to get more fulfillment out of it. Maybe I'm old fashioned but that's me, "Old, not obsolete"!

Nothing in the game could trigger that. Only third party software that changes data in the game would trigger the anti-cheat system. So for example, cheat engine.

You can also buy regular titanite shards from Andre, or have Frampt break-down Large Shards into 3-5 regular shards each, if Quelaag and Gargoyles are dead.
Step 13: Enter New Londo, and open the floodgate. Farm Darkwraiths, and grab the Very Large Ember.
Step 14: Upgrade to +15 Demon Greataxe, with Power Within. Optionally, you can try to get to 46 Strength to one-hand the Demon Greataxe. Enjoy slaughtering in PvE. Ornstein can die in 4 presses of R1/RB now, if you buff up. Note that the weapon isn't as great in PvP - in that scenario, I will recommend buying or farming for a Demon Great Machete instead. Capra Demons drop Demon Great Machetes. Shiva of the East otherwise sells them.

@@afindenso3655 Essentially, it boils down to kill Capra Demon, buy the Crest Key from Andre, join the Forest Hunters to buy a Demon Greataxe if the Taurus Demon didn't drop one, and grab the Very Large Ember in Lower New Londo. The result is a Demon Greataxe +15, which does ~500 damage unbuffed in a single R1. With some resin and Power Within, you'd be hitting for ~900 in every R1 attack.
Edit: Most of the steps are just a recommended route to efficiently go through the game and get the Demon Greataxe +15.

True, I really can't see how using glitches is any different than cheat engine. Cheat engine actually saves a lot of time as a matter of fact.
Some glitches require skill. Cheats do not.
Well, they do need some knowledge and patience, though. In any case, I see no problem in using either, as long as you don't mess other people's game. Giving oneself souls is no biggie. Also, I can say from experience: that doesn't make the game much easier (if that's somehow the purpose), but it do takes away much of its fun. Cheat engine is useful for testing and exploring things, but when you're playing for real, you won't feel like staining the game's experience to rush some soullevels. DS is quite uncheatable, in this sense. Reducing (particularly in the ways you can do such by cheating) how challenging the game is is equivalent to reducing how fun it is. And the main problem the game has with cheating is on assholes that cheat on multiplayer. And I don't mean cheating by cheat-farming souls. I don't think that's unfair. The problem is those people that set fixed health points, estus charges and so on. But then, is it actually any fun, for them, to PvP like that? I would find it boring.
Until speedruns. I can see any% using the tar out of this where cheat engine is generally a no no for these things

@@theadmbmb The one you're talking about wasn't but the one I used to do was. It involved swinging your sword and was much quicker to pull off consistently. While the backstab one DOES work, it takes more time to pull off.
I had a max character in the original and now I am 160 levels away from max out. I was convinced to stop farming but now I might go back and try to master it
I love how you softlock yourself in Sen’s Fortress when you can do an extremely similar setup in 10 minutes if you just pick up the souls in the Valley of Drakes and New Londo, and you can pick up the Homeward Bones in Firelink if you still want to go into Sen’s for the Soul of a Hero and not softlock yourself.
Not a soft lock because you can kill golem and then OaS and you have warp. This video was definitely very very strange though

In PC you can use the same glitch to multiply items in your inventory by bugging Andre's menu. This two glitches combined with a Bottomless Box can give you infinite souls without even having to kill a single enemy except for the Asylum Demon.

Do you have to parry between the 2nd and 3rd pillar to activate something for the glitch to work? I've been trying this over and over again and can't seem to get it. I tried from the left which kills me everytime so I tried without even parrying and just lining up to backstab but I still (glitch through the floor I guess) die

There's no need to go to Sen's Fortress. Save every soul you pick up and buy 999 of the cheapest arrows when you reach the Undead Burg. Then glitch the menu (I made a video on how to do it on the PS4) and you can choose when to level up and what to buy.

So you do the preparation like ray did ( move soul to the top) go to the arrows and select drop and go to 999. Use L1 to go to system go to settings, click brightness and hit r1 at the same time (you will see the inventory in the background of done right) click X and on the d-pad click left and down at the same time to keep it on use. Then click right to go to default than hit X then go to 999 then use it. Hope this is useful

I literally did a run similar to this but with the souls gathered from Asylum Demon and a few other hollows I purched 999 wooden arrows from Andre.
With the couple souls I found on the way I believe I was able to reach level 120. I should've tried the Sen Fortress glitch though!

How do you do that duplication glitch
Here are the steps:
Step 1, put the item you want to use at the very top
Step 2, you can buy 999 arrows, or if you already have 999 just choose the drop option, no need to drop it just put it on 999 and push cancel (what this will do is register the command)
step 3, this might take a while, you need the perfect timing, don't rush it, go to the options select brightness, right after you select brightness quickly push r1/RB , you will see the inventory in the background if you've done it right
Step 4, push x button (if you're using playstation, b if switch) (what this will do is select-confirm the item)
step 5, push the left and down button on the d-pad at the same time
Step 6, push the right button on the dpad, you should land on the default, hit it
Step 6, when the selection of how many items you want to use pop out push the down button to max that out
Step 7, hit okay and get the souls. (These aren’t my words it’s quotes from another kind soul)

Cereally speaking though, this could be abused, if the glitch is still available?
Can confirm it’s still available as of 12 hours ago. Basically:
1. Buy 999 wooden arrows. They’re 3 souls each, so you can get this easily early on for a total of 2997 souls.
2. Get any soul or humanity you want to use. Change the order so that item is in the very first slot of your inventory.
3. Go to the wooden arrows in your inventory. Start the prompt to drop all 999 of them, but then press cancel.
4. Without closing your menu, go to settings and hover over the Brightness setting.
5. Press A immediately followed by Right Bumper. Timing is pretty dead on, so it might take a few tries. When you get it right, you should have your brightness settings window open with your inventory in the back.
6. Press A.
7. Press Down and Left on the D-Pad. If you’ve done this right, you should be hovering over the “OK” option of the brightness settings window, and your brightness shouldn’t have been adjusted. If it’s been adjusted, start again at step 3.
8. Press Right on the D-Pad, so you should be hovering over the “Defaults” option of the brightness settings window.
9. Press A. If it says “Use Item, Specify Quantity”, you’ve done it right. Select 999, and hit okay.

Ray Navillus Oh it definitely can be tricky getting it to work just right, but it actually is much simpler to do than other glitches like tumble-buffing in Dark Souls 3. I think with this sort of exploit it just speeds up the process to get a pvp build together, or to simply test builds. It’s mostly just fun to one shot early bosses lmao

Nothing in the game could trigger that. Only third party software that changes data in the game would trigger the anti-cheat system. So for example, cheat engine.
