Density training vs. Intensity training.... density training is doing more work in less time utilizing compound sets... intensity training would be doing Drop sets and Pyramid sets... rest pause sets Force reps Etc!
There's no such thing as a strength curve in bodybuilding... you have attachments the origin and insertion the mid-range.. the range of motion can now be subdivided... via the angle of attack.. incline decline horizontal and vertical!!!

Bodybuilding is not weight lifting... however some people are trying to build their body doing weight lifting... you can't serve two masters!
