Absolutely, everyone learns at their own pace... these bike need to be respect or you can get seriously hurt... ask me how I know lol
I've been trying to trail ride my Africa Twin. There is one of these for $1800 on Craigslist, so here I am doing research. Gotten used to it yet?
Yeah I really enjoy the rmz450, it was a lot of bike to learn on being a small guy… but I would recommend it to anyone that has minor experience !!!
When In doubt throttle it out!
How is the bike? Does it have 4 gears and what do you think about that...?
The bikes been great, very reliable and has more then enough power even with only 4 gears.
It was weird at first because you always try and grab another gear but once you get use to it, you can’t even tell !

I’m working on it, this was the first couple times ever riding. The 450 is way too big for me to learn on. I can’t flat foot it at all (not even on one side).
Yes they are probably too powerful for tricky trails something like a 300cc bike would be easier to gain skills on so you’re doing pretty good
I use my RMZ for faster trails and a KLX300 for tricky stuff I’m almost 70
450s suck on trails not fun at all awesome on the track but in the woods nope nope nope

@@brandonmarjadsingh yea I got the same bike. Went up a rocky cliff yesterday. Completely hell lol. Was raining and the whole thing looked like a river
@@TAULBEE that sounds rough man, I found out I can’t ride well in sand lol my front tire washes out… had better luck in the snow tbh !!
@@brandonmarjadsingh u need to stand ita just very hard to get used 2. Also if your just starting out a 450 is about the worst bike u could have picked
@@TAULBEE oh trust me, I’m learning the hard way lol but I’m getting better for sure… I can ride it, just not to it’s potential
