I will shoot you in your f@ckin face!" And that's exactly what he did. Then when his partner tried to go get a med kit, he tells him there is no need she's done, even though she was still breathing.
So you all complained about the previous officers who had years on the force to bring in new recruitment. You complained that the new recruitment isn't trained properly. The citizens are suing these cities left and right for incompetence. Now you want these same officers to be trained properly on a shoe string budget? Our property taxes in Cook County Illinois have more than doubled this coming up taxes that is due in August. The list of things which have got us here is ridiculous and this "community" do not want to accept any responsibility. Yes, it's unfortunate that she lost her life over a pot of hot boiling water. But can we point out her mental state? Being very difficult answering very simple questions like giving the officers her name or I.D. Even the female EMT that was on the scene stated that they were out there earlier that day to her call. Why would anyone from this "community " would continue to call the police?
