- Ballet dancer Sergei Polunin (Сергей Полунин) in "Dante" Act 1: Inferno. Performed at Crocus City Hall, Moscow on December 7, 2022.

Sergei performed this 3-Act ballet only 9 months after his Achilles tendon injury and subsequent surgery in March 2022. This ballet was created during the time of social-distance regulations for the Ravenna Festival in Italy and so he is the only dancer onstage for the entire ballet.

Me too! I’ve seen audience recordings of a lot of it but even if they were better quality or the full performance, it couldn’t compare to seeing and experiencing something like this live.
