Causes:
In this case, there are two problems, the first is a continuous restart even though it is not flexible on off (check the video when the machine is kept away from the on-off flexible, the device keeps restarting so the machine has a problem).
Second, from the flexible on off short / short circuit, after the RF IC can is opened the device is normal but the flexible on off short / short circuit, after the machine is removed from the flexible on off device, the new device will enter the menu, I don't know why after opening the RF IC can the device becomes normal , maybe the RF IC can is tightly closed so that there is no air in and out when the device is working / on (hot engine) so that the area inside the RF IC can is depressed.
For the redmi note 9 merlin, there are two devices that come in with the same complaint and the same handling.
Penyebab:
Kasus ini ada dua kerusakan, pertama restart terus menerus walaupun tanpa pleksibel on off (cek video saat mesin dijauhkan dari pleksibel on off, perangkat tetap restart jadi memang mesin bermasalah).
Ke dua dari pleksibel on off short/korsleting, setelah kaleng IC RF dibuka perangkat normal namun pleksibel on off short/korsleting, setelah mesin di jauhkan dari pleksibel on off perangkat baru mau masuk menu, tidak tau kenapa setelah dibuka kaleng IC RF perangkat jadi normal, mungkin saja kaleng IC RF tertutup rapat sehingga tidak ada udara keluar masuk saat perangkat bekerja/on (mesin panas) sehingga area didalam kaleng IC RF tertekan.
Untuk redmi note 9 merlin ini ada dua perangkat masuk dengan keluhan sama dan penanganan nya sama.

hey MobileCareID I use redmi 9 and it updated this morning from miui 12.5 to 13 now its rebooting its not even accepting the commands of fast boot and recovery for me to downgrade it what must i do its not turning off.I've tried all methods but the problem still persists

Did you leave it without the thermistor or put another one in its place?
Not sir, but if the device keep restart, try replace 'R1207 Thermistor to sense AP temperature' which goes to the RF IC with 15.xx-35.xx m/k

@@mobilecareid The solution is not by removing the cover. But by heating the RF ic. When trying to remove the shield. The IC gets heated that's why it worked. Next time after removing the shield cover, try put paste on the RF then heat it up. It will work
