Yes, continue Recite surah fatiha, kursi, last verses of surah al baqra, surah al sharh, ikhlas, falq and nas each 7 times blow on yourself and on water ( drink and take a bath or sprinkle on your self ) in morning and evening . It will better if you can listen to hasad Ruqyah with this Ruqyah .

Have your child tested from audiologist, he may have been suffering from hearing loss ??? Ask his doctor , if he need hearing aid equipment to improve his hearing skill ??? Wassalam
