    Ho did you type "Date_of_Trip" in field heading..
    I mean how did you put underscore symbol (_)..
    Please help

      It's always best to have field names without spaces so either use DateOfTrip or use underscores for Date_of_trip

      @@MrLongITandCAT But sir when I try to put underscores or fullstop symbol between two words, it shows that "you can't put this type of characters"..
      I couldn't use this symbol. please sir tell me how to type thi

      @@MrLongITandCAT for example sir if I try to write Sr.No in field, then because of that full stop (between Sr and No), access show a dialogue box says that - "the field name you entered does not follow Microsoft access object naming rules."
      So my question is that how to put fullstop in access field ?

      @@Sunil_13797 Try put the field name in square brackets [Sr.No]. Not sure if it will work but give it a try
