one thing that really affected vendors is that regular ammo vendors almost completed dropped out.... i am starting to see ultracite ammo vendors now.... and yes - i do buy ultracite when i am close to max caps and need to spend money on anything... ultracite ammo is GREAT to dump caps on if you find them. saves 6-10 minutes of work :p

Great video! I advise some tip for begginners: Buy 1 slot in punch card machine and create a build only for crafting & repair. Add necessary perks like super duper, chemist, ammosmith, etc and max out intelligence for crafting improved fusion/plasma cores. You can easily switch between your main build and "craft" build. You will not waste your time choosing perks.
I have one for crafting and trade I would advise removing most of the strength and all of the carry perks, so that you can't leave your camp or a vendor, in the wrong build (I had done that in the past haha)

Nice video, thanks for reminding me about the vendor menu lol I completely forgot that was a thing. Some not some crucial tips I'd like to add. 1. You can keep important weapons/armor at the top or bottom of your pipboy menu by renaming them to have an A or Z at the beginning. 2. You can quickly scroll through the quick change favorite tab with the right stick on consoles. (Idk what it is on pc) 3. When performing an action that usually blocks your pipboy such as sitting, sleeping etc. Open map, find a quest marker and select show in pipboy. Voila pipboy unlocked!
Ammunition converter. make railway nails and hand them over to the converter, exchanging them for points to buy ammunition. there is always metal and there is always little lead :)

Idk if Nuka World on Tour was in the game at this point yet but that’s also a free travel spot, I use it as my main spot to trade as they have a trader there and a legendary script machine, so you don’t have to pay to go to a train station to sell items and get rid of extra legendaries

Just craft loads of 2mm and put in ammo concertor it's the best way I've found to get plenty ammo points cheap used it all the time when I was using 40mm launcher ... Turtle agrees he's done the maths
@@MrWestTek yes best ratio for turn ins, and if you are using a Two shot Broadsider its one shot per kill. The only downside is they are very heavy so que into the opp/expedition at your camp because you will not be able to travel after the mission. And be sure to equip ordinance express.
@@eugenemegatron2210 That is only a viable method if you have a ton of materials to craft with, if you have to mine and farm the mats you can get way more per hour with a broadsider (also a turtle video). Or you can do your expedition with your grenade launcher and you come ahead a few hundred every mission, likewise with flame thrower, I am ahead 1500 fuel every Expedition I do when running the flamer.
I don’t know if it is faster but most times to collect a huge amount of dirty water I just go to a river and spam collect rather than use the water pump, I do wish we had like a well or something which would produce dirty water for you

there is a well structure where you can get dirty water ( have built one in my camp) but it is as slow as the tap. Lake or river are still the fastest ways to get dirty water...
Good tips . Thanks I did learn 2 things (if only I had read the screen in the game) your level is impressive but level means you are still cap level of 100 and the rest is for more cards . There is a goal of 7600 hours game play but can platinum well before that .
Patience and persistence and don't divide your focus on to many things. Don't play 10 different games like children do. Don't get distracted by stuff that dosent get you progress toward your goal. If you want levels, focus on this exp boosts that you can stack. Focus on always hitting the events that give the most exp. When double exp happens make sure your stucked on exp boosters, ammo, repair kits, ect. You don't want to have to stop mid double exp to repair stuff and get more ammo.
As for wife/ girlfriend Don't date a female that hates your hobbies. It always turns into resentment and them trying to make you feel guilty for what you enjoy. It's like someone trying to date someone who is passionate about sky diving. But they are scared of heights. Eventually they will form resentment because you always have to leave them behind to enjoy what makes you happy. Problem is that most people just settle for whoever makes them feel good, despite the fact they aren't fully compatible. Which may also result in both people trying to "fix" each other and make each other give up pieces of them self to force the relationship to work. That's not healthy, resentment will follow. I've clocked over 14k hours on Skyrim. Over 20k hours on Morrowind Over 13k on fallout 4 And over 5,300 so far on fallout 76 And my wife has supported it every step of the way. I make sure I always get my work done, and make sure her needs are met first. And she supports me in return. If your just trying to live on videos games, and not have to worry about responsibility or supporting a partnership. Then you will never find anyone who's willing to support you in turn. That's the reality of it

there's a reason, you see high ranks buying thousands of caps of vendor stuff.... if you need things - that's the perfect time to spend. i try to keep my caps to about 25-30k.... some of my vendor items will put me over 10k in a few seconds, so I try to leave room to maximize gains.... gainz... :p
When pointing out the key to use for a particular purpose wouldn't it be better to identify the purpose, what the key does, rather than the shape on a specific key of a console controller? I use a PC and have no idea what the "square" key on a controller does. But knowing the purpose of your "square" key, I would then know which QUERTY key I had set for that operation. .
Back in the day you could spam use bobbleheads and they would stack. The leader stacked at 200 bobbleheads made it to where killing a single scorchbeast would level you up in the hundreds of levels at once.

I watched a video last night and the guy boosted his intelligence up to 63 points using food drugs unyielding arrmor and mutations he also used a few lunchboxes. He was getting 1500 exp from a single super mutant and he was at west tech and there are tons of mutants there .

Then for best effect he NukaGrenade bombs WestTek and usually exceeds the individual XP limit per enemy (4k exp). This works best on Double XP weekends of course where 1 grenade can net you somewhere between 60-80k XP.

Even with my handmade 5.56 automatic or my Fixer automatic I usually leave Ops with lots more ammo than I started with...

Rusty and White Spring are new with the free travel. I think about a month or so ago they changed it. About the same time as the Pitt came out.

Another tip is to use perk cards that give you double or triple the amount of resources you pick up in case you're low or just starting out

still an awesome spot to set up your legendary vendor camp... :)
For ammo you are best off doing an expedition or Daily opp with the broadsider and converting it to what you need.

Arrows are best ammo to convert. In terms of cheapest mats to craft

I highly recommend that ya spend a year walking everywhere scavenger along the way with f1 fill that box

40K is the max. But you can make a new character and transfer them with a friend. Players usually call it their "mule".

Lunch boxes are definitely not a waste of bullion. Using lunch boxes for leveling and buffs is essential.
