- Hello everyone 👋🏼 welcome to my channel 😁 today, I’m sharing you how I make this quick and easy chocolate cake. My little toddler loves helping me mixing the batter and some of the cakes I love to bake is quite tricky for a little one but this is a very easy and a fail proof one so let’s bake it 😄
Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
Cake 🎂
165g whole milk
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
180g plain flour
120g granulated sugar
80g brown sugar
40g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 extra large eggs
160g vegetable oil
1 1/2tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp instant espresso powder
185g boiling water
Fudge Frosting 🧁
30g dark chocolate
100g icing sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
30g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
350g cold water (can be substituted with milk)
50g unsalted butter

is the vinegar and milk just as a substitute for buttermilk? Could or can I use buttermilk instead?
