    Great tips! I also like to check functionally if the pts can improve sitting time before experiencing pain as an example. I always establish the baseline and see if the intervention works by checking their functional capacity (20 mins to 40 mins of sitting without pain). Usually pts get more motivated to self assess and see their functional improvement as they follow along with HEP.

      I agree 100%! Having the patients functionally test along with the HEP is very helpful for both the PT and the individual. What a great example!
