All matter is made from vibrating waves of quantum energy which we qigong practitioners call Qi. Everything we see, feel, touch and taste is made up of that energy. If we can tap into the endless energy all around us, the possibilities are endless.
Really enjoyed that. Excellent pacing, just the right speed for me. Appreciated the audible breathing that I could follow. Great little insights as you went along as to the purpose and principles behind the movements. You seemed very relaxed and positive, your instruction felt very natural. Loved the calm, uplifting music in the background. Top job.
One thing I wish to invite with my qigong practice is healing the left side of my body. I have chronic tension/pain in my left shoulder. A lot of it sits in the scapula and trapeziod area but even the clavicle area on my left front shoulder is chronically tender or tense. Also pain in left foot (plantar fasciitis). I try to address these issues through posture correction, stretching, etc but I would really welcome any qigong practice which would be supportive energetically to release tension and restore balance on left side. Emotional connection with pain and limited movement in left shoulder/arm sometimes feels like grief or maybe loss/abandonment? Anyway, if you are welcoming suggestions for future videos I am interested in guidance about qigong to promote healing on left side of body. Thanks for a great practice for late summer!
We love how you include the all pervading power of WhiteLight in your Qiqong teachings Sifu 🌅💗

Beautiful practice, thank you. I would love a practice for clearing the energy around us - environmental energy in and around our homes. 🙏❤️
Thank you sooo much 💗
