- In this episode, we're hiking up a mountain to see Abrams Falls at Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It was a tough hike for us Southern Illinoisans but very much worth the trek. Abrams Falls is a very beautiful waterfall.

Shauna and I went to Smokies annually for years, back then there were no passes or permits to go anywhere, but I gather that the crowds of gotten huge there.
It wasn’t too bad and we were there during the weekend.

Awesome trail walk,watch for snakes , love 💕 the sound of the running water it's so soothing and calming relaxing and good 👍 for the heart ❤️ mind 🧠 n body n soul 🌹 great video too. Watch out on the foot 👣 bridge it can be a little bit slickery to walk on try not to fall down.

What a beautiful trail! Too bad I couldn’t bring MY “bear”! That scat just verified that they do indeed s*** in the woods! 😂😂
I know. I don’t get the no pet rules.
My guess is that the "no pets" rule has a lot to do with preventing potential bad encounters between large, furry wildlife and pets.
Well, hi! You were right close to us here in Knoxville and I’ve hiked that trail more than once.
It was a fun trail but a little hillier than what we’re used to 😂
