I have heard all my life “ it does not matter what you eat” even Doctors. I am 66 my father is 92 . He always said eat good, get enough rest and work out. I know people 55 overweight limping around. If it don’t matter eat what you “Want”
Warrior you are one of the main reasons why I am so confident and self motivated to make change happen in my life. No one in this world can convince me otherwise. No one in this world can change my mind on that I'm forever confident and motivated because of you. I'm not scared of anything I accept all challenges in life with a fuckin smile because of you. RIP

Food and what you put in your body is the most important function of the mind. For the body is a temple. I really am trying hard to curb my diet and cool off on the energy drinks but its a tough task especially with my sweet tooth as it is. Eating right requires discipline and exercise helps circulate the system and blood flow.
Shane Anthony I found something that has helped sweet tooth cravings. It's called the 3-Day Craving Killer Protocol by Nick Nilsson. It goes into detail about craving sweets and what can be done about it, with the help of 3 pretty inexpensive supplements. I have done the recommended regimen, and I've dropped 13 pounds in the last 10 weeks. The craving for sweets has definitely been reduced and it's helping me. Maybe it's worth checking out. Good luck with your goals, physically, mentally, spiritually.
Mrs. Warrior, there’s a video I remember your husband uploading....it was just hearing sharing some old stories. One of the ones I remember was he talked about how he had terrible stage fright and he couldn’t pass his public speaking class when he was in chiropractic school so he stole the gold teeth out of a cadaver and bribed his teacher to give him a passing grade. If you could please upload that video. The story about the gold teeth sticks out, but I remember that video having several good stories.
