    I drive a 2008 Lincoln MKX since new and right now at 268K on it, not sure when it will quit!! The motor has never been torched other than a tune up and still has the original coil packs!! The heated/cooled seats still work and it still looks new and runs the best

      That's amazing, always good to hear when someone has racked up that much mileage on a car and it's still going strong. Thanks for the owner feedback Raymond!

      @@CarsWithSteve The local Ford/Lincoln service dept says it will go to 300K or maybe 400K but this vehicle gets serviced with everything that Ford says to do, like flushing the radiator and replacing the antifreeze. It parks in a climate controlled garage where it's about 75 degrees yr round

    Hey, great review!! I am considering either an Edge Titanium or an Outback XT Touring. Have you reviewed/test driven an Outback?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  Год назад +1

      Thanks Anthony! Haven't been in an Outback in the last few years so can't speak on that one yet. I've added that to the list of ones to review this year though!

    I bought new 2019 edge titanium 301a It’s got mostly everything that Lincoln has and save myself $ 16,000, in the end our lease was up I had 33,000 on the car decided to buy it, I now have 52,900 and it’s still a terrific vehicle, quiet, fuel, efficient, I’ve had many different cars and still have a Mercedes. Also love this car and probably will keep it till it gets tired, I have the it’s got the extended warranty to 100 miles and still get a thrill every time I drive it. It’s kept in a heated garage, Still looks like it came out of the show room.

      Love to hear when people have pride of ownership in their rides! Your thought process on the cost vs function is exactly why I put this video together. Curious, have you run into any issues with the Edge since you've owned it?

    We just bought a 2023 Edge with a $2000 rebate, $1400 dealer discount and 0.9% financing for three years. My wife and I love the car and really appreciate the price break. We looked at the Nautilus and it felt very similar, but was much more expensive. Great video.

      Yes there's a 2023 - arriving on dealer lots already. No hybrid available as of right now - but there's the possibility of it or a full EV coming in 2024 if Ford keeps the Edge/Nautilus available in North America

    I wish I would have seen this video before I made my decision. Chose their Edge ST 2023, which is great! I liked the way the exterior looked better to me than the Nautilus. However, I really like the interior of the Nautilus. Oh well, may trade it in next year when they add an additional row to both cars.

    • @CarsWithSteve

      Think it would have changed which one you chose? The 2024 is getting a pretty nice upgrade.. but it would be great if Ford brought the Edge L to North America too!

    • @rudymartin1689
      @rudymartin1689 Год назад

      @@CarsWithSteve Love it! I really liked my Edge ST, but wanted something more on the luxury side. The Nautilus gives you the ability to change the suspension settings. With the same motor as the ST and in sport mode, it resembles my Edge. So I now have the best of both worlds. Luxury and sport. A lot of the cars nowadays have large black plastic front grilles with some gaudy emblem in the center of it. Not even a good place to install a front license plate. Love the front grill on the Lincoln. Interior is much classier than the Edge. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this!

    I love my 2019 Edge ST. I was at the dealer for maintenance when a 2020 Nautilus 2.7 rolled up be hind me. I got more props LOL...Honestly I don't miss all leather seating & definately am not a fan of the piano shifing buttons. I have every other option aside the speakers, I liked the horizontal screen, their fancy display cluster, their side view camers & the fact that there sunroof had roof rails. I can upgrade to sync 4, but wish I had those roof rails & side view mirrors I wouldn't change anything else.

      Always great to hear when people love their rides. And great call on the ST, that 2.7L is a beast! There are bits I like from both of them but don't think I'd be up for taking the Nautilus on a track. The Edge on the other hand...

    Thank you for creating this video. I purchased a 2022 Ford Edge Titanium Elite and was curious about what I'd missed not considering the Nautilus. I'm very happy with the Edge, and after 6 months/16K km can say it's my favourite car I've owned (my 17th over my 50+ years). Still, those Lincoln seats and ANC sound so appealing. It's too bad 2023 is the final year for both. I hope the new Electric version is just as good or better. Appreciate your videos! Thanks again!

      @@CarsWithSteve - For me the big difference is that you can’t get the more powerful 2.7 Ecoboost in the Edge unless you choose the ST which only comes with ugly black wheels and black interior which are both no goes for me.

    As a 2014 Edge SE, and now a 2020 Ford Edge ST owner, its sad to see it go. Both these vehicles got discontinued so the plants could focus on EVs. Guess China is paying off Ford pretty good. Pathetic.
