Truro Tidal Bore At The Fundy Discovery Center

A Tidal Bore is a wave that runs upstream in a river that is caused by the incoming tide, The Bay of Fundy has the Highest Tides in the World and this allows the Tidal Bore to be so pronounced in the Salmon River. The Tidal Bore happens twice a day and there
is a chart with the times at the Discovery Center.
