Hi, how hard is this trail? I dont have a fit form.
If you go slow it can be a really easy walk up to the falls. Total elevation gain is about 600ft, but the trail feels flat compared to others on the island. We saw all kinds of people on the trail.. little kids, elderly, and body shapes of all kinds
