At 12:05 PM, The city of Garland Texas Preformed a short test of their tornado sirens on Wednesday May 6th, 2020. The test ran for about 10 seconds, with the siren making 1 full rotation.
This siren is located at Winters park in Garland Texas. Garland Tests their sirens on the first Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM.
They usually conduct a 3 minute wail, but in this case they only did a very short test and a rotation.
This was very disappointing considering the fact that I have never seen a visual alert Whelen, and there is not many cities in Texas that have them. but other than that it was a nice meetup with NTX Sirenvators, and also we got to see a perpetrator right after this. Also this is my first time using Adobe Premier to edit a siren video!
