Man, you got my dream bike right there. Also I think that after changing the exhaust + manifold you need to retune the bike but since you going stage 2 it is the perfect combo. BTW the sound is insane, track bike. Worth the 5k$ investment.

A friend just put a Growler on his M1000R and it is GLORIOUS!! GREAT build quality and the sound was to die for!! (although it was almost too loud to cruise as I could hear him over my own bike..>LOL)

Can you imagine bikes 10, 20 or 30 years from now? I mean if we're still here and The Lord hasnt returned. Just look at bikes 20, 30 years ago to now. Big difference. I became a big bike fan back in the late 80s. The Genesis FZR 1000 ruled the charts back then, that was my dream bike. Alot has changed in bikes since then.

I live near a popular bike road. Believe me, there are way more bikes around, many with illegal exhausts (which I suspect get swapped just before the MOT each year) and its not just harmless fun. Every grey-bearded man who's retired with a lump sum seems to rush straight out and buy a bike. They are normally ill-equipped to ride powerful machinery, and just create a massive disturbance for miles around. I'm not anti-bike, I've ridden at least 250k miles on a wide range of bikes, just asking for a little consideration for the 1000s of people living near biking roads.

Not affiliated with BT moto but looking at an M1000RR struggle to get to the limiter in 3rd gear breaks my heart :D
I can't emphasize enough how much this bike needs the BT Moto IAT kit. I have the S1000RR and when the bike warmed up it didn't want to power wheelie even in second gear. It would do it when the bike hasn't warmed up properly and as soon as it got warm it started to lose a lot of power. It was showing air temp 55 degrees celsius while it was actually 30 outside and the IAT kit fixed it.

Bmw are known for their intelligent sensors and systems notice with the first start of the exhaust the idle is rough and choppy that is because the bike is adjusting to the new back pressure and fuel ratio that comes with the new exhaust through the o2 sensors

The Termignoni titanium full race exhaust (de-cat) on my Ducati DesertX measures 109db one foot from pipe at idle. Ducati adds an EVO tune with the exhaust upgrade. Lots of brapps, pops, burbles.
Fun fact. This setup make a "brown tone" for small dogs.
Roll up to a red light idling, little dogs with their heads out car windows will pull back in. After around 20 seconds the dogs will slowly stick their heads out the window again. Crack the throttle sharply (brapp) and the dog craps.
I've made three little dogs dump on drivers laps in the past few months. 😂
