    Beosut gamja bokkeum(Stir-fried Mushrooms and Potatoes)
    [Ingredients]
    Potatoes - 200g 3~4ea
    Pork - 150g
    Dried shiitake mushrooms - 20g
    Pepper 20g
    Garlic 20g
    Green onion 20g
    Salt - 1/5 spoon 4g
    Sugar - 2 spoons 30g
    Soy sauce - 4 spoons 40g
    Sesame oil - 1 spoons 10g
    Oil 4 spoons 40g
    [Recipe]
    1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for 10 minutes, then slice them.
    2. Soak the sliced potatoes in water to remove starch, then drain.
    3. Oil a pan and stir-fry the sliced potatoes with 1/5 spoon of salt.
    4. When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add pork, green onion, garlic, soaked shiitake mushrooms, and pepper and stir-fry together.
    5. Stir-fry with 4 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, and 1 spoon of sesame oil.
    6. Finish with sesame seeds.
