@@Elytrii if you find ur register folder for the game yes its possible some android system just clear the register with deleting the cache so thats mean the register is there but its hidden you ll need to root ur android or maybe get a third party explorer finder for that.

maybe cus you are not the administrator in your pc, when i say administrator thats mean your pc profile, if you are not the administrator in the pc you should look in another folder HKEY_USERS and inside of that folder you ll see more folders go inside in that folders and when you see the software folder go inside and look for mohoyo folders
this is the last resort if you dont know where are the register folders and yes if you have a device cooldonw yep it works but if you have ur account locked it ll not help you, you must wait the time for ur account
Can i ask why my hoyoplay isnt on my deskopt? I already download it but i cant find it in the deskopt or i. The windows search bar, i have to go to the files and click on the launcher, is there anyway to fix this? Also somehome when i go to installed apps i saw that i have 2 hoyoplay after i uninstalled 1 the other 1 was still there but the icon is gone... after downloading it again there,s still 2 of them.

clearing the cache, and if it does not work you need to do a factory reset and for make new account you need a vpn theres a limit to make accounts per day

@@volbrinemx thats must be a problem i dont know how window 11 works with the register, try to look the folder C:/USER/(urpcname)/Appdata/ in that folder must be mihoyo folders too go and delete it you cant see the appdata folder because its hidden you need to go to folders options and in view options click in the option *show hidden files, folders and drives* and disable the option *hidde protected operating system files* with that you can see all the hidden folders now and go to appdata and look for mihoyo folders and delete it. if it does not work i cant think in another solution, and remember set back the folders options to normal its not recommend unhidden that folders, sadly i am not a window 11 user.

sadly there is no way to fix this you need to wait the cooldown for that maybe 1 day sometimes 1 week

did you try only 1 account? try another account just for check because maybe is just only that account that have the cooldown

its not a register error mihoyo is shadow banning ur device for 24 hours because you are login too much accounts thats a way to block the rerollers.
