It's wonderful hearing pieces called by such an experienced cox; directions called with intent, but not yelled, with little comments to bring the crew's focus together. The thing that really blows me away is the fact that each and every seat has an NK EmPower Oarlock installed, rather than a standard C2 oarlock; now that's an investment in the crew.

I don't know why this was suggested to me to watch, but it was kind of calming, mesmerizing and interesting.
