    Thanks for sharing your insights and knowledge. I have one question: In what cases can Netnography be a quantitative research? Thank you and keep the good work!

      Good question. Just a few points in response for your consideration.
      Generally, netnographic studies tend to be qualitative. Because their goals tend to be to explore and/or understand some kind of online community or online phenomenon. As such, a qualitative / exploratory method would fit better.
      However, it is certainly possible that some quantitative data or methods are used to supplement and augment the main qualitative method in netnographic research. But even then, the main character of the study would probably still be qualitative, with quantitative as kind of a support.
      If the collation and analysis of some form of online data/content is done purely quantitatively (say, through the use of a code book), it would sound more like (or one might better call it) online content analysis.
      It's probably best you check with your own university / research supervisor. Good luck with your research!
