      @@Oneupthesleevecustoms you can only do garden plants and small branches. A bigger one will give you more uses than small

    Reckon that is a common pattern machine with one or more factories churning out pretty much the same model in varying plastic colours and brands. Bought mine s/h for peanuts and runs like a champ got some age to it and have flogged it a few seasons, exact same feature set. Will take single branches right up to rated capacity only chokes and stalls if you get over zealous and try and load too many offcuts at once. Can jam quite tightly with knuckles on branches so need to lop those sections first. Also with lots of leaves and fine saplings the chute will clog so need to get hand underneath and clear once in a a while.

      I found the blockages happend with the green leafy bit yeah. Good unit I bet the ryobi one is almost the same then

      They are tuff as. I broke it shredding copper cable.... it still runs but. If your in the garden it will smash everything.

      Use a heavy duty power cable as short as you can. They pull a good amount of power so best to supply them well and they don't bog down

      @@Oneupthesleevecustoms Ha, ha. I bet I can find some stupid things to do with it too. But I'll try and treat it gently. I don't know if I really need one enough to buy one. I've been tossing up with the idea for a couple of months. But when I saw a freebie I was onto it. I'll be collecting the palm fronds off the neighbours to put through it. Save the oldies a bit of work.

      @@empirebaypeteify yeah I had a mate run a whole garden through it for 2 days while I was cutting up trees and shrubs.
      I mulched scrap copper and broke the internal plate

    Also your "test" only shows old dry branches and not newly cut material so hardly a test.

      Will eat green stuff twice as easy. Hard sticks are worse as it is a crush chipper not high speed impact

      One Up The Sleeve Customs but surely green thorny or spikes e.g. Rose cuttings, would actually be worse to handle after this- it appears to leave huge chunks in tact

      Running off a lead? Use a thick short one or plug into wall. Got a good size motor in them

      Used it for 7 hours straight last week 40mm green is ok dry I doubt it would do. But it's rated for green

      @@Oneupthesleevecustoms yeah okay. I bought one yesterday and it will be arriving in a couple of days, I'm a bit worried now because most of the stuff I have to be shredded is now very dry. You think it will handle dry stuff if it was smaller, say 20mm?

      Yes I believe this was 4k shot then edited down to 1080 60 fps. High frame rates always help
