Thanks for the video, this is a great feature. I have BC-HCE v3.71 installed, but the option to connect points is not in the linestring menu, nor can I seems to find it in the command pane or help menu. I double checked and I'm on version 3.71.6197.32161. Do you know how I can find the connect points feature?
Sorry your question went unanswered for this long. The Create Linestring from Points command should be on the CAD tab > Linestring group, but if you do not see it, you can always type "points" on the command line at the top of the Command Pane and then select it from the list of suggested commands (or simply scroll down in the All Commands list to select it).
