You can create your own through TBC, or get a default one from you Trimble supplier.

Would you not set your coordinate system first before you import a file?

There is no need to set the coordinate system when using a blank template with no settings in it and importing the surveyed point coordinates.
If you are importing a .job or a .jxl file directly from the logger than you would use a pre-set template.
