Thank goodness for Pgh Dad, the only bright spot of this Steelers season. This last game was brutal, I don’t remember seeing the whole team quit before.

PD should resurrect the 1970s show “This Week in Pro Football.” Used to watch it with my dad after early Mass on Sunday mornings. I seem to recall the final segment “great plays to win the game” as a tribute to such a play from an earlier era. SNL did a parody of it titled “great plays to beat the point spread” which I can’t find any reference to on the internet.

1985-88 then again from 1998-2000 there were some pretty bad Steeler teams. This happens every so often. We will bounce back.

As a Ravens fan, Steelers were formidable with a healthy Picket. He rarely turns the ball over and is a solid game manager. Combined with a strong running game along with Watt & company that should produce wins.

When Ben left we lost our General & Leader PERIOD!!! I NEVER thought I would say these words but I don't want them in the playoffs PERIOD!!! @@FrancisWisniewski-ml9xi, There were only 3 seasons in the 80's that the Steelers didn't have a winning season. The 60s were the ones where I found it hard to keep cheering for them. 64 - 87 and then Noll took over, and his first 3 years weren't any better, but then things started coming together.

Thank you Pittsburgh Dad for giving us relief from the mediocrity the Steelers have become. How much more of a .500 team can you be? 7/7 overall. 4/4 @ home. 3/3 on the road. 5/5 in the conference. But once we play 2 more division opponents we will be 3/3 in the division with a losing record, absent some miracle. Tomlin is no doubt a nice guy. He is just a mediocre coach. I've said it before and I will say it again: Tomlin's lone Super Bowl was with a team.....and coaching staff largely built by Cower who retired 2 years earlier.
And how do we get 2 really good receivers in Pickens and Johnson who quit on plays? 🤬
