Best key for valley is hands down the moreno court basement key...literally has a free safe and a weapon storage wall (like the one in armory). I got a free m110 and sj16 in there (both in normal valley)
I found the Radar Station key first, then my friend gave me the North Village House Key for me to sell it but I never did, and then I found the abandoned shack key a bit later
