These look amazing. I am going to try and make them. You know, I was noticing on youtube there are Native American's on youtube that are eating collard green egg rolls. It almost looks like the leaf is fried and everything is inside, verses chopped collards. Have you made yours that way before? It looks interesting. I like yours better for my family. I know my son will eat them for a meal/by themselves too. Tfs
My tribe makes collard green egg rolls. The lumbee tribe. Maybe that is the tribe you seen? We don’t put cabbage though well the ones I’ve had didn’t have them. We just make collards and then wrap them with egg roll wrappers then make a pepper jelly to dip it in and a side of fatback. We also make collard sandwiches with cornbread patties. We are a large N.C. tribe. 🖤🖤🖤
@@tabithanfernando Thank you so much. They really look delicious. I am going read up on your tribe. I love learning about other cultures and their foods. A collard sandwich sounds so yummies.🌻🙂🙌🏼
Mrs. H. You’re welcome! I also love learning about other cultures and trying different foods and such. That would be awesome! Most people don’t know our tribe haha! I also suggest Indian tacos! Made with frybread. You can learn how to make frybread on RUclips. It’s very good! I’m making collard sandwiches today also the collard rolls LOL!! Can’t help it after seeing it, I have to make it again. 🖤🖤🖤
